03

Direction

The company is evaluating distribution expansion, additional business lines and selective acquisitions as part of its growth strategy.

NOVEMBER 2026 / CAPITAL STRATEGY

Community funding.
Purposeful growth.

The company’s updated investor presentation outlines a proposed Wefunder community round. The campaign is not represented here as open for investment.

  1. Proposed $1.2 million round

A maximum gross raise of $1,200,000 through a crowdfunding vehicle holding a designated series of HUCI preferred shares. Investors would hold vehicle interests, rather than directly purchase HUCI common shares.

  2. Operations and readiness

Planned uses include operations and working capital, CPA review, legal and compliance work, campaign costs and preparations for a possible Nasdaq listing. Final documents will specify allocations and priorities.

  3. Separate future expansion capital

Approximately $25 million is the company’s estimate of longer-term expansion capital, potentially including acquisitions. It is not this round’s target, an offering valuation or committed financing. A listing is not assured.

CRAFT, COMMUNITY & COMMERCIAL DISCIPLINE

01

Relationships first

Focus on specialty retailers, lounges and suitable hospitality venues. Planned channels include golf and resorts, hotels, and wine and spirits retail, subject to venue approval and applicable tobacco rules.

02

Demand-led expansion

Product knowledge and personal service support repeat business. Reorders, sell-through, account profitability, working capital and cash runway are intended measures for growth decisions.

03

Jobs and livelihoods

As funding and demand allow, expansion aims to support skilled production, logistics and account-service roles while preserving artisan knowledge. These are objectives, not achieved results or hiring commitments.

CAMPAIGN PREPARATION

Clear terms.
Informed participation.

The company reports limited commercial activity while preparing its expansion plan. Additional capital is required. Earlier expansion projections are withdrawn.

  1. Financial review

The proposed campaign calls for independent CPA-reviewed financial statements and supporting disclosures. A potential later listing-related audit is a separate workstream. Final offering documents and financial statements govern.

  2. Terms and documentation

Preferred-share rights, vehicle governance, price, valuation, minimum target and deadline require final documentation and approval. Launch depends on completed offering documents, preferred-share authorization and Wefunder review.

  3. Material investment risks

Investors could lose their entire investment. Financing and expansion may be delayed; interests may be difficult to transfer, with no assured market or exit. Dilution, tobacco regulation, taxes, product liability and supply risks affect the business.
